Pre-lesson
1.Stick the flashcards of occupations on the board .
2.Ask students to guess and name the occupations as revision .
3.Tell the students they will listen to and read the story again with the title What do you want to be ?

4.Play the CD and encourage the students to point to each frame in their books.
ACTIVITIES 5.Check again students’ predictions.

1. Play Hot card pantomime with the word cards of different everyday activities . ( TB page 33 )

2.Direct students attention to the pictures of the children and encourage them to say the everyday activities depicted in the pictures.
3.Explain to students that they will listen to six enchanges and that they will have in circle Yes or No according to whether the everday
activities mentioned correspond to the pictures or not.
4.Play the CD pausing after each exchange so that students may have the time to circle the correct answer .
5.Play the CD again and have students check their answers.

10.Play the song Mike’s day ( Track 20 ) and have students mime the everyday activities mentioned in the song as they sing along.
