For Individuals:
The individual should have valid NPB License for Punjab or all Pakistan.
Valid ID Card.
For Arm Forces Officers:
Valid NPB License for Punjab or all Pakistan or against ARI
Valid ID Card.
For Institutions:
Written request for purchasing Ammo to CEO/MD-WIL.
Valid NPB licenses or NOC from controlling Ministry.
