 1.0 Introduction

Food is one of the most important in our daily living, we eat food anytime breakfast,
lunch, dinner and snacks. Food is containing of various substances such as fats and
specially carbohydrates and proteins that need of our body. There is a 2 kind of food
the junk foods and the healthy foods. Junk food is a food that contain fats and other
unhealthy substances that cause obesity. According to (Volume 2013 |Article ID
670295) The increase in obesity and its comorbidities among youth is multifactorial
in cause, including increased access to foods high in fats, added sugars and calories,
increased eating outside the home, larger portion sizes, and a sedentary lifestyle.
Healthy foods contain a protein, vitamins or minerals that need of our body, healthy
foods help us to maintain our weight. Nowadays our body needed a healthy food to
boost our immune system and to avoid covid-19 or any kind of illness. (Food)

Food Delivery App is an app that helps customers to buy the food they want from
different restaurants or fast; it helps the restaurant as well by having a less time
transaction with the customers. This type of app is gaining popularity in today's
generation, some customers prefer using a delivery app to less the hassle for them
explaining. However, this delivery app needs to be downloaded by customers on their
mobile phones and register themselves on the app. They need to fill out their personal
information and the payment information on how they will pay. This app displays the

food and beautiful scenery, and one of the places that people visit is the lomi because
it is so delicious and not boring to taste because of the ingredients that are put to
make it. It is more delicious to eat and there are many more foods that are delicious
and people come back because of this so the food here in Batangas has become
known and popular. Here in Batangas you can taste delicious food very popular and
foreigners visit just to taste delicious food like lomi and gotong batangas and others,
the big problem of batanguenos is the pandemic that is spreading all over the world it
has a big impact on the batangueno because they will lose their income and so they
have a delivery to deliver the food properly and safely and the virus does not spread
so the meals in Batangas are really delicious. The favorite food of batanguenos is
bulalo it is very tasty especially when it is raining or cold, and it will be accompanied
by beautiful views and places here in Batangas while eating with family and friends.

In the province of Batangas, there are lots of foods which may be considered as
specialty food like lechon, kapeng barako,sinaing na tulingan, dulong and maliputo.

you their competence in cooking Batangas is not only known for having sweeping
views of picturesque beaches and offering the nearest countryside experience from

now a days the Food Delivery Applications. Food Delivery Application is a food
courier service in every restaurant, food stall, and even the small local business.

 1.1 Statement of the Problem

1.1.1 General Problem

You spent lots of time researching and invested plenty of money, so you want
your food trip in your house to be a relaxing with your family, Sometimes most
people eat only at home with their loved ones and so most people like to order
food when they are lazy to cook so they order foods at restaurants, sometimes
they have problems with deliverers because sometimes orders take a long time to
arrive because of traffic so it is difficult to deliver food orders, and Improper food
handling One of the most significant issues that delivery drivers face is
mishandling orders because of a lack of training. Only a few food delivery
companies have proper measures in place to ensure that their drivers handle food
properly. incorrect orders being delivered, this is the one that most will have an
issue due to the mistake of adjusting the orders most of the time it happens to first
timers or trainers so sometimes they can't double check if the orders being
delivered are correct or not and because of the pandemic trend it is fashionable to
deliver to different places.

1.2.1 General Objective

The general objective of the study is to develop an ordering system.

1.2.1 Specific Objective

The objective of the study is to organize and develop an ordering system to
ensure that the available order is convenient.

1.2.1.1 (1st Objective)

To good communication with the client and the server to negotiate what to
order and what time it will be delivered.

1.2.1.2 (2nd Objective)

To acceptance in terms of a customer’s security, friendliness and reliability of
the server to the users.

1.3 Significance of the Study

In Batangas City, the fast-food business is quickly expanding. It is being altered and
updated to meet the requirements of Batangueno cuisine. Consumer expectations are met
by developing online meal ordering apps and websites. With people’s shifting food
preferences and habits, it’s important to understand what aspects influence their
perceptions of online food delivery apps. In comparison to the old paper-based ordering
process, the online food delivery apps streamline the entire food ordering process,
according to the current study. It will benefit every restaurant here in Batangas City
because their work will be reduced. Customers will benefit too because ordering online is
less hassle than ordering direct and also customers may avoid long queue. It simplifies
the procedure and provides a great deal of convenience to both eateries and customers.
Restaurateurs can use this system to help them with their work.
