Karen and the artist

Karen is a flight attendant. She lives with her father in London. Her father
is an art professor.

He is a writer and he’s writing a book about art.

Karen likes and understends art. She travels a lot. One day, Karen goes to
Rome, she loves Rome.

She loves the old buildings, the shops and the cafés.

In Rome, she goes to café Leonardo. In the café there are a lot of pictures,
wonderful pictures. She thinks the artist is great!

The barman is angry with the artist because the artist goes to the café every
day, he eats and drinks but he never pays with money. He pays with his
pictures and the barman wants money, he doesn’t like art.

Karen meets the artist in the café. Antonio Brunetti is a young man with
dark brown hair. He is thin and he looks tired. He is a poor artist because
he doesn’t sell his pictures. He isn’t a famous artist.

Karen helps Antonio and she buys his pictures. Then, she sells the pictures
in different art galleries in London. París and Amsterdam.

When Karen goes back to Rome, Antonio isn’t in the café but she meets
Giorgio, Antonio’s friend.

Antonio is ill, he is in bed, he doesn’t have money and he doesn’t eat well.

Karen buys a lot of food and drink for him and she has a lot of money for
his pictures.

Antonio is in love with Karen and he is happy to see her. Now, Antonio is a
famous artist and he is rich, too.
Finally, Karen works with Antonio. He paints the pictures and she sells his
pictures around the world.
