Non Sag Repair Mortar For Vertical Application

PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

CONCRETE PATCH V is a cementitious pre-packed Small quantities up to 10 kg may be mixed manually in

the use of formwork. Above 10 kg should be mixed mechanically by a slow
sped drill with a loop paddle.
CUSTOMER BENEFITS
• easy to apply For normal applications, use from 4-5 liters (maximum

optimum density and water repellency of CONCRETE PATCH V can be applied up to a vertical
cured surfaces thickness of 40mm. However, it is essential to build
up to this thickness in consecutive layers of 10 –
RECOMMENDED FOR: 15mm using a “wet on wet” technique to ensure

Preparation Curing
All substrates should be clean and free of unsound In common with all cementitious materials,
materials, dust, plaster, oil, paint, grease. The CONCRETE PATCH V must be cured immediately
extremities of repairs should be at least 5mm to avoid after finishing in accordance with good concrete
feather edging. Any embedded steel should be practice. The use of CEMENT GRIP sprayed or
cleaned to remove corrosion deposits and exposed to brushed into the surface is recommended.
at least 60% of the circumference.
Priming COMPRESSIVE STRENGTH:
All surfaces must be primed prior to repair. Concrete (ASTM C109 / C109M – 13)
must be primed with CEMENT GRIP. At 0.18 water/powder ratio: 5,800 psi at 28 days.
CEMENT GRIP is brushed or scrubbed into the ESTIMATING DATA
surface of the concrete.
A 25 kg bag of CONCRETE PATCH V mixed with 4.5
liters of water yields 16.5 liters (0.0165m3). This will
cover an area of 1.7m2 at 10mm thick.
