Abstract:
As an employee of Modern transport company to compete with modern world with a good
information system, as information system is a work system whose activities are devoted to
processing, capturing, transmitting, storing, retrieving, manipulating and displaying
information,so through information system it will help the company to do work precise and
faster with less paper work, and with efficient utilization of time through the help of computer.
Significance & Objectives:
The objective of the proposal is to improve technical skills as well as make the work efficient
& effective . The main objective of computer training enables participants to master basic skills
on which to build future computer based knowledge and expertise. The main topics in this
computer training is using of software developed for recording, storing, retrieving and
transmitting further the information.
Introduction:
Making sure your employees are up-to-date with their basic computer skills can help you better
market your products, track your finances, inventory and ship your products and improve your
profits. Understanding the importance of computer skills in the workplace will help you keep
your staff productive and efficient.
Statement of Problem:
This Computer institute has been working from last 7years to give its best outcomes with good
achievements and knowledge. It has be conducting a no. of training from various organization
and management. These programs require the development of an ability for effective technical
and professional computer skills.
Technical plan: It is proposal for 4-weeks computer training which will take 1 week for setup
of computer training centre and 3 weeks of complete training. Air conditioned halls are required
at your organization for the setup of training centre.

Management Plan:
As we have 7 years of experience in this field .All the program setup and training will be done
by our institute at your company premises. Supervision and management of our training will
be done by our effective &best faculty members,there names and designation will be provided
at your company so they can enter and give the training to the company
Cost estimation:
The Total sum of 30 lakh is required for the training expenditure out of 20 lakh for setting up
system and software installation part. The details of items of expenditure are given in the
technical plan section. In addition, an estimated sum of 5 lakh is required for recurring
expenditure. The all budget is for complete 4 weeks setup and training part.
Conclusion:
As our goal for running 4 week long computer training is to ensure that your employees are
completely skilled with relevant technical knowledge needed & can implement for further work
system for transmitting , storing, retrieving &information that you have asked for .
