The Edge Partnership is an Asia focused talent solutions company, with offices in Hong Kong, Singapore, Malaysia
and four locations in India (Bangalore/Mumbai/Hyderabad/Gurgaon). Established in 2013, we work with a range of
well-known domestic and international companies in each country.

The company was set up by four Partners, each with over 15 years of experience recruiting in the Asia Pacific,
connected by their specialization and understanding of the regional market.

In India we are a market leader in talent solutions to the majority of international banking captives, identifying
niche talent in Finance, Operations, Risk, Quants, Compliance, IT and Human Resources. We operate at the
premium level of the market with an enviable client list.

Vijay is a proficient recruitment business leader, well versed in all aspects of leadership and talent, and an
outstanding track record advising clients in all aspects of organizational strategy. With his deep subject matter
expertise, creative and innovative thinking, heis uniquely qualified to help you grow or reengineer your business,
with best in class recruitment strategies. He focuses on CFO / COO / HR functions in the Industry, and he has
enjoyed building and developing relationships in the Banking and Financial Services and Commerce and Industry
space locally and regionally.

Guy Erricker
MANAGING PARTNER, THE EDGE PARTNERSHIP

Guy has worked in the Asian recruitment industry since 2003 and was based in Hong Kong from 2006 -16 and in
India from 2017. Living in Bangalore his mandate is to help develop regional relationships with our international
clients as well as work with and advise new businesses entering into the India market. He has observed numerous
times, and experienced personally, the challenges of building a business in the region and is well versed in
identifying leadership talent both in India and across Asia.

Anand Jandhyala
MANAGING DIRECTOR, EPS

Anand is a successful business leader with 20+ years of professional experience in technology staffing, recruiting
and sales. He has demonstrated business results in working with large enterprise accounts, MNC’s and GIC’s.
Highly trained in customer, candidate and employee experience, he has hired, trained and deployed large teams in
the recruiting, sales, business development, operations & account management. He also established operations in
new geographies and offices.

Consultant

Responsibilities and expectations in the position:


· To be able to effectively source, identify and interview suitable candidates for vacancies
· To interview candidates on the phone and face to face and determine their suitability for vacancies
· To be able to head hunt non-active candidates effectively for vacancies
· The ability to generate new candidates through referrals
· The ability to generate ‘leads’ from market information gathered from candidates’ interviews
· The ability to liaise effectively with clients on interview arrangements and interview feedback
· The ability to business develop with existing clients and develop relationships effectively
· To utilize the database effectively for searching and record keeping
· To closely adhere to The Edge database requirements of use
· Confident communication skills face to face, via the telephone and in writing
· Work closely with team members and share relevant leads and candidates effectively
· To represent your colleagues and the company externally in the same manner to which
you would expect them to represent yourself

Requirements to be successful in the role:


· Strong communication skills in English, written and verbal
· A solid education background and MBA graduate
· A proactive attitude and willingness to use your initiative
