2023 Summer Internship Accelerator Program

BlackRock offers two accelerated tracks for students graduating between August 2023 and July 2024 and interested
in our Summer Internship Program. Candidates eligible for either or both tracks will have the chance to participate in
informational sessions, as well as secure a summer internship offer in the early weeks of the fall semester.

BlackRock Founders Scholarship Fast-Track to FinTech

• Eligible students: Those who self-identify as Black • Eligible students: Those who self-identify as
or African American, Latinx or Hispanic, Native female
American, LGBTQ+ and/or having a disability
• For students interested in data analytics, risk
• Students who secure an internship will have the management, and/or technology
opportunity to be considered for a merit award of
