    During the past year I have been Aidan Schwarts’ Assigner at Marietta Sports
    Official’s Association, I have witnessed him display exceptional skills as a Youth
    Sports Football Referee.

    To expound further:
     Leadership Skills
    As a high school athlete, by giving back o his community by officiating you
    football games he sets a very good example to the youth of his community.
     Work Dedication
    Aidan shows up each Saturday ready to work and ready to learn to become
    a better official. He works hard and eagerly takes direction from the
    veteran officials he works with each week.
     Empathy
    He is very caring and works well with the youth football players and
    coaches that he supervises each week.

    I am confident that Aidan’s attitude and skills would make him a valuable
