with AWS/Azure/ Oracle Cloud Infrastructure with remediation of cloud active directory and AI/ML for
digital project solutions. Completed Ansible deployment and migrated application from Bladelogic to
Ansible. Implementing end to end release and change management methodologies using PLM with
AWS/Azure Cyber Security Solution. Automated Retire/release management, TDT, provisioning,

Capacity Planning, Staffing, etc.) in SharePoint via DataPower & webMethod.
Completed team track to Jira migration. To fix vulnerability added new functions and completed
Pearl/KSH to Python/Java software modernization with Customer Data Platform (CDP) using
SCRUM through sprints. Completed infrastructure retirement & Bach optimization project.
Completed three different product development projects using end to end SCRUM. Build Mobile app

Applied Microservice Embedded software IoT Digital Architecture for provisioning webservices,
application, active directory, infrastructure, managed retire/release management process and
implementing DLP/ADMRS/ DMARC Cyber Security solutions. Collaborating with IAM and Cloud
LogIn team. IAM In the process proposed COTS inventory management solution and implementing

cloud. Completed provisioning and upgraded it with new release and Digital Marketing Mobile App

Reporting to Director Service Management Office (IT Command Centre), acted as the single point
of contact for projects delivery for customers. Defined customer requirements in detail, managed the
system design and impact activity, managed and ensured professional development and enablement
phase, and orchestrated the quality assurance along with the customer UAT to deliver the best quality of
service. Planned and managed to deliver IT solutions end-to-end controlling direction, priorities,
urgency, complexity, risks and 3rd parties. As one major KPI in responsibility, encouraged teams and
individuals by proper communications to guarantee professional environment. Strived to keep a healthy

Managed 22 software development end-to-end red tag projects (Sales & Marketing) at a time in
Mobily, KSA and fixed all vulnerability. Some of the projects: Device Replacement Payment, Gap
Analysis to synchronize the inventory between Siebel ERP ePOS, Next Generation Payment Kiosk
Wallet Management, eContract Verification Process in Salesforce CRM, SQL Server, Refund Process
Automation, Next Generation Payment Kiosk Corporate, Processing Special Sales Order in
Salesforce CRM, NGPK Consumer, Fraud Management, BMS Access, 4G Refund Project, MSISDN
Barcode, IVR Production, Mobily/iSend integration, BMS view and more. ETL transformation is used
with IBM Data power gateway.
Hired resources, lead multiple teams to complete RF Planning, configuration, integration LTE
end-to-end rollout projects (customized LAN and IP networks, survey SAR/SARF/LoS/TSSR/CW,
building BTS), and optimization. Coordination with system providers (Samsung, Motorola and
Eriksson). Outsourced part of the projects. Provided CPE solution. Trained customer personnel to
run overall system smoothly.
Managed automated cyber security data centre project as part of network infrastructure security for
telecom domain. Most part are related to defensive penetration hacking issues, compliance of risk
area, coding (Embedded C, C++, Python, CAN, CAN-FD) to fix vulnerability with exposures (CVE)
and firewalls.
Managed Telecom Reseller/Dealer Portal (Web/App) for NTG: A new web portal system was created
using Ruby on Rails/Java Spring, ETL process for Mobily, KSA to enhance Mobily’s business,
performance and to track detail activities from Data Centre using Data Power. Core functions of the

Research Scientist/ R&D Project Manager
Member of the Strategy Committee to predict new technology and to procure research fund from US
government sources by involving US manufacturing industries to develop new technology. Hired &
supervised COTS contractor/vendors, implemented change management strategy in organization to
develop and maintain multi-years multi-phased technology projects as per eGRC portfolio using
process reengineering, business transformation and risk management solutions. Developed a
process to define the different stakeholders and assure effective communication with them to
illustrate IT strategy to face future challenges and to achieve best performance.
Wrote several multimillion-dollar proposals in digital transformation/IoT/smart grid R&D &
manufacture industrial grants. Awarded & run those multi-phase manufacturing projects.
Modeled and developed a K type thermocouple and designed an electromagnetic (EM)
rectangular waveguide, using a Matlab interface and AutoCAD, DevOps CI/CD methodology was
used.
Completed mathematical climate modeling for hilly terrain using mesh generations. Used filtering
techniques, data modeling and data processing procedures in DevOps CI/CD.
Medical Device Solution for US Defense Health: Using mathematical muscle modeling
designed soldiers’ muscle model software applications in Microsoft Azure IaaS platform. Analyzed
the model using Cascaded TVAR secured data processing RPA solution used. Then patients real
time data was used for different type of muscle disorder and disease verification. This is part of
HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) and Agile DevOps CI/CD project management
methodology was used. FDA/ISO approved also complied with EU REACH/ROHS to support
German US soldiers.
Medical Device Solution for US Defense Health: Developed mathematical muscle model
algorithm from genomic muscle defect derivation and simulated soldiers’ muscle model. Analyzed
the model generated data, collected experimental data and deposited both in Laboratory Information
Management System (LIMS). Then using different filtering techniques and stochastic processes
created Next Generation Sequencing (NGN) to fix muscle disorder from muscle defect. Comparison.
FDA/ISO approved and EU REACH/ROHS complied.
Managed transitioning from legacy ERP system to market leading ERP solution then done
maintenance. Implemented ERP solution incorporated Salesforce CRM, Field Sales and Service,
Procurement, Supply Change Management, Accounting, Human Resource Management, Business
performance metrics. Key responsibilities: Vendor management, business process mapping, data
mapping, user technology configuration, system implementation, and user training. Ariba
procurement buyer solution was used in the process.
NASA GLENN RESEARCH CENTER, Cleveland, OH, USA Aug 1999 – December 2000
Research Associate
Designed, fabricated, developed and tested narrowband low-loss ferroelectric tunable bandpass
filters (BPF) for integration into a gain-compensated down-converter targeted for the next generation
satellite communication system. The BPFs were designed using conductors such as (gold or
HTS)/ferroelectric/dielectric modified microstrip structure for different center frequency (18GHz,
19GHz, 20GHz), with a bandwidth of 150MHz, and for a minimum frequency tunability of 10%.
Several narrow band BPFs were fabricated and tested.
Fabricated ASIC silicon using metal-oxide-semiconductor (MOS) technology and used it for voice
communication along with resonators and filters for voice communication.
Developed, tested and characterized the RF signal performance for different type of RF waveguides,
and mechanical movement of the microstrip circuits.
