though all team members shall do their individual research and then
have a session amongst team members organized by TEAM LEAD for
explaining respective works followed by a composition of final version
for submission. (Team Lead is advised to keep each member’s written draft in
record for hard copy submission in class)
 Requires to evaluate, synthesis and descriptive comprehension
 Attempt all of the questions as they carry 5 marks each.
 Try to be structured, precise and logical.

the question.

NOTE: You are required to explore Accenture plc and do extra research (beyond the caselet) before
answering the following questions:

EXERCISE:
1. GO TO the Accenture.com Web site. On the home page, Accenture promises to help its clients achieve
“high performance.” According to Accenture, how does information technology help create high performance
organizations? Hint: Click on the word “Technology” on the home page. Or, enter “information technology”
into the search box on the home page, and read one of the articles linking IT with high-performance
businesses. Write several paragraphs on Accenture’s definition of a “high-performance” organization and the
role of information systems in enabling such organizations.

2. NOW, It’s time to look for a job. What kinds of business and information system skills is Accenture looking
for in recent college graduates? Hint: Click on the Careers tab and review the desired skills for “Consulting
Analysts” in the United States. Make a list of these skills in electronic presentation software for your class.
