PRODUCT DESCRIPTION Soudaflex 45HM is a high-quality one-component polyurethane

sealant with high modulus for a wide range of sealing and bonding
applications.

CHARACTERISTICS - Very easy application.

APPLICATIONS - All sealing and bonding applications in the building industry.

- Structural bonding in vibrating constructions.

Packaging : Aluminum cartridge 310 ml , sausage 600 ml

SHELF LIFE 12 month in unopened packaging in a cool and dry storage place at
temperatures between + 5°Cand + 25°C

SURFACES

Type all usual building surfaces, most metals, polyesters, and

many plastics-not on glass
State of Surface Clean, dry, free of dust and grease
Preparation In very warm and moist climates we recommend the use
of primer 100 for application on porous surfaces.
: No primer required for non-porous surfaces.
Non porous surfaces may be activated by Surface
Activator.
We recommend a preliminary compatibility test.

HEALTH AND SAFETY Apply the usual industrial hygiene.

RECOMMENDATION

REMARKS In order to ensure the correct performance our product, Soudal recommends a small
adhesion test.
When painted with oxidative drying paint disturbances in the drying of the paints may
occur.
