    Exemption from Providing Proof of English Proficiency

    To meet this requirement, you are required to have studied full-time for at least
    two consecutive full academic years (high school or post-secondary),within the
    past four years where the medium of instruction was English, in one of the
    following countries:

    • American Samoa • Malta
