I think that Chase should seriously consider buying this loan back. We are have postponed our fo reclosure sale and
I've been holding off the borrower and borrowers counsel. Our foreclosure was in process when Chase sent the DOJ
letter. They have already contacted the Oklahoma Attorney General's Office, whom I personally spoke to last month.
The 1st mortgage is current and the loan is fully secured. These people are a big problem and I am giving yo u fair
warning. This deal is going to be a nightmare for Chase. Our current payoff is $52,969.05. I'll agree to sell it back for
$25,000.00.
