Stockholders and Board of Directors and other corporate records of the corporation.

3. I hereby certify that the following is a correct and true copy of a resolution unanimously
approved at a special meeting of the Board of Directors of the above-named corporation
held at its principal office at 199 EDSA HIGHWAY HILLS MANDALUYONG CITY.
on the 11th day of April, 2022 and that said resolution is in full force and effect and has
not been revoked, and reads as follows, to wit:

“RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, that the corporation has duly authorized its
In house Counsel, ATTY. ALEXIS AUREA O. MARTINEZ as its sole
representative to SIGN, EXECUTE and DELIVER documents with the
SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION regarding the Corporation’s
application and request for public listing with the PHILIPPINE STOCK
EXCHANGE.

RESOLVED FINALLY, as it is hereby resolved, that the authority conferred on ATTY.

ALEXIS AUREA O. MARTINEZ includes the authority to represent the corporation in all
transactions, meetings/conferences with SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION
concerning said application.
