TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR SPECIAL CAMPAIGN

FIT Cancellation Policy
• Prior to 7 days for normal season and 14 days for high and peak season, no penalty fee
• Within 7 days for normal season and 14 days for high and peak season any cancellation is subject to the
first night accommodation at your daily contracted room rate for each room booked
• Post check-in/No Show Post check-in, early check-out or no-show will incur a full cancellation fee equaling
to the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room cancelled
Group Cancellation Policy for bookings of 05 or more rooms
• Prior to 30 days No penalty fee if entire or partial group cancels
• Within 30 days to 14 days (normal season) and 21 days (high and peak season) 50% cancelation fee will be
apply equaling to the total accommodation charge for the intended duration of stay for each room
