plan and if the project manager will not hear any problem it is assumed that the
approval has been granted. The other parties that will be interested will be given a
copy of the project plan letting them know for information purpose only and they
can’t not request or changes the point of the project because the plan has all been
approved.

SCOPE CONTROL

First we have to prepared the necessary tool to make the system and then we will
make the foundation that need to be laid by the system. Each of the program layout
and design the project becomes even more complicated we need to map-out the
project to know exactly what are the part of the system that need more attention.
The map-out that you made will corresponds to the scope of the project and the
project manager responsibility to determine what job that needed to be done or
what job will finished first and how long will it take. The project manager seek the
formal approval from all the stakeholders. The project will checked the gap
between the propose project in the actual thing if the plan was followed
coordinately and meet the expected result but the project might changes in the
outcome of the system the changes will impact and be evaluated carefully the
higher ups determine the approval of the changes and how will the system work
out to the project.
