NOIR Corp. Transition Responsible for coordinating IDM Inc. and
RPC to cooperate and to ensure That the
Project Manager transitions are implemented according to
schedule and budget and update the client
and management if any prospective
transition related changes and to minimize
any associated cost and risks
NOIR Corp. Project In charge assisting the project manager in
organizing the transitions and monitoring
Coordinator the schedules, budgets, work hours and
participating stakeholder meetings ensure
the project met the deadline
NOIR Corp. IT Transition To make sure the that IT final delivery of
the project transition meets the requirement
Lead of the stakeholders and also keep the tract
of the transition of the IDM Inc and RPC
IDM Inc. Transition Coordinating with Noir Corp. and RPC to
keep all the parties involved with the
Project Manager transition update progress and provide
company a guidance during unplanned
changes. Analyzing any internal request for
changes and consulting with management
to deny or approve transition changes
IDM Inc. IT Transition The IT make sure the process and other
activities are completed and maintaining the
Lead progress as every aspects of the transition.

IDM Inc. Project Developing project strategies and analyzing

the project risk and issues and provide
Coordinator solutions where applicable and provide
support to the Noir Corp and RPC us much
as needed to finish the project transition.
RPC Transition Conducting workshops to provide the staff
members the information that necessary
Project Manager required to know like the protocols and the
policies that needed to follow and they will
identified by the transition plan or changes
on the current workspace or the layout
 RPC Contracting Establishing the contract terms, conditions,
and general provisions, including the
Officer methods of pricing, paying, and financing
and conducting negotiations with a
technical experts.

WORKFORCE TRANSITION

For the contractor transition all the members of the workforce will remain in their
current state. The Noir Corp will be remain on site of the project and the main
company that will be lead on the operation until the complete of the transition. The
RPC will make sure that all the discuss material will be delivered in time and the
amount of workforce needed to the transition is all so be provide by the contractor
to make sure the transition will be smooth us possible without problem And the
IDM Inc. will be the one that give the necessary support to the staff members until
the completion of the transition process and keep the communication with Noir and
RPC if there a sudden changes in the transition so that they keep posted and not
will be big problem in the last minute of the operations.
