4. No incidents, work-stopping accidents or first aids event this report period.
5. Joint Site Walk-through Inspection conducted last January 25, 2019 with
most safety issues related on housekeeping, access, and stagnant waters
due to heavy rains the previous days.
6. General Toolbox Meeting conducted last January 25, 2019 facilitated by
San Carlos Construction Solutions, Inc. with a topic of Safe Driving.
7. Safety Briefing conducted to workers dealing with work at heights and
those involved with excavation and trench works.
8. Received one (1) unit brush cutter for site grass cutting activities.
9. Conducted meeting last January 25, 2019 with Contractors’ Safety Person-
nel regarding changes on site with the arrival of EBATECH & Tacophil.
Certain walkthrough inspections findings were also discussed.
10. Addressed past week safety issues on provision of safe access for workers
assigned at Area 13, Area 21, Area 17, and Area 01.
