This is to express our interest to conduct the Environmental and Social Impact assessment for Aysha,
Bishoftu and Asossa Industrial park. As we read from Addis Zemen VOL-LXXXII No-042 12 /2/ 2015
(22/10/2022), The FDRE, Industrial Parks Development Corporation has allocated funds intends to
apply part of the proceeds of these funds towards the cost for selection and employment of
consulting firm for Environmental And Social Impact Assessment study for Aysha , Bishoftu and
Asossa Industrial Parks.

As per the objectives stated in the Addis Zemen, our Firm has deep experience and skill to perform
the assignment and completion the job.

Deep experiences of the firm:

1. Environmental and social management plan for the Floriculture (Rose cut flower) Project\
 Prepared EIA training manual by reviewing relevant EIA documents as training material.
 Prepared Environmental Audit manual as training material.
 Trained 11 zonal and 56 woredas’ trainees, a total of 66 trainees.
 The training held the whole essence of Environmental and Social Impact Assessment (all steps, impact
identification, Impact analyses impact mitigation, management plan and monitoring, etc). Produced
training report
2. Rapid Assessment of Environmental, Social, Financial and Operational Sustainability of (a)
Markets, (b) Abattoirs and (c) Landfills created under ULGDP I & ULGDP II
3. Urban Infrastructure and Institutional Development Program (UIIDP) providedTechnical
assistance and capacity building in the area of infrastructure development for 19 cities in SNNPR
states Urban Infrastructure and Institutional Development Program (UIIDP) supported by the
World Bank for infrastructure
4. ULGDP-II Environmental social safe guard technical assistance, training and environmental social
management system framework manual and environmental audit manual preparation
5. Environmental and Social safeguard Annual Performance Assessment /evaluation/ of Urban
Local Government Development Program (ULGDP) for EFY 2003, 2004.
6. Offered Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental audit training
7. Environmental and Social Management Plan for Gallica Flower farm
8. Environmental and Social Management Plan for Bottled Water manufacturing factory
 Produced ESMP report to the client. and insure its approval by respective environment regulatory
body. Conducted baseline environmental survey and analyzed and interpreted all relevant data.
 Identified and analyzed the Project’s Environmental and Social beneficial and its adverse Impacts
in depth, which may occur throughout the project life.
 Identified the appropriate Mitigation Measures for adverse impacts at pre-construction, construction
and operation phases and proposed them to implement by the proponent/developer throughout project
life.
 Prepared /proposed/ Environmental and Social management plan, monitoring requirements,
 Collected and analyzed public opinion and concerns for the public participation enhancement, with
regard to their expectation concerning adverse and benefit impacts of the project in question Produced
ESMP report to the client. and insure its approval by respective environment regulatory body
