More than 9 years of diversified QA-QC experience in Coating, Insulation &
Fireproofing in the field of Oil and Gas industry. This experience was gained
while working in the level of sub-contractor and contractor for the projects
in Upstream, Midstream & Downstream sectors.
Currently looking for a fixed term or contract position as a QA-QC Inspector

Job Position- QA/QC Inspector-Painting, Insulation & Fireproofing

Duties & Responsibilities as Main Contractor QA/QC Personnel
• Executes the specific inspections on materials, equipment and
construction/installation activities on site.
• Responsible for the inspection activities at site for Painting, Insulation
& Fireproofing activities as per approved ITP.
• Issues the relevant Quality Records and, when necessary, write and
send to Quality Control Supervisor non-conformances reports.
• Performs qualifications of for operators & applicators.
• Carries out wet and dry film thickness checks for both Painting & Fire
proofing.
• Verifies the painting system & fireproofing thickness w.r.t to drawings.
• Witnessing various testing for painting & fireproofing.
• Check the application of insulation as per the code in drawing and P&ID
• Verification of thickness and final assembly of several type of insulation
• Review all areas in scope of work with paint contractor prior to prep
and paint application.
• To review & verify with Client all works completed successfully and
ensure that Report/Record as Per Client Specification
• Reviewing and approving QA documents from subcontractors
• Conducting periodical site audits according to the project quality plan
• Conduct periodical quality audits in Sub-contractor’s facility.
• To review & compile final handover documents and project close out

Duties & Responsibilities performed in a Sub-Contractor Level
• Responsible for both QA and QC activities for the projects handled by
our company.
• Worked on onshore painting for new construction and maintenance
types works for several projects in Kuwait.
• Successfully completed many main projects with KNPC and KOC such
as Clean fuel Projects MAA & MAB-1, KIPIC NRP, LPG Train 4,Wara
