1. List all the tasks that you accomplished.

• I am assigned to distribute the task to my members and also I am the one who compile our output.

2. Discuss briefly how you accomplished these tasks.

• Determination to finish our output as soon as possible, and I also read many times the instruction
and play the recording so that we understand on how to answer those questions.

3. Who helped you in accomplishing these tasks?

• With the help of my co-member we finish the task as soon as possible, even thought at first I’m
complaining since we have a lot to finish this week, but with the help of each other we finish it on
time.

4. How long did it take you to accomplish these tasks?

• Actually it took days before we finish out task, because as a group leader I need to consider the time
where all my group mates are available. Since some of my members are busy with their work, at
night we agree that we do out output at night or anytime if they have free time.

5. Rate your overall contribution to the task from a score of 1–10 (10 being the highest). Justify your
rating by stating the significance of your contribution/s.
• I can say my rating to myself is 9 as a leader I’m not the only worked for our put. And I asked for the
helped of my co members and aside from that they have also input on our output. Subsequently, I
can't claim their work as mine so I rate myself as 9 and the remaining 1 percent is from my
groupmates.
