DELAY IN PAYMENT

The seller shall manufacture and supply as per the schedule mutually agreed in parts
against payment as per contract. Incase of delay in payment for materials which are ready
as per schedule, the buyer shall pay extra amount @ 15% towards interest and storage
charges.

JURISDICTION

All contracts between buyer and seller are deemed to be Entered into at Pune and are
therefore subject to The jurisdiction of the courts of Pune.

FORCE MAJEURE

This order is subject to force majeure conditions which are beyond seller's reasonable
control such as riots, fire, earthquakes, flood, accidents, break-down of machinery, war,
government orders or restrictions, strikes, lock-outs, delay due to unavailability of
labour, raw materials, wagons, shipping space etc.

GENERAL

The terms and conditions specified in manufacturer offer shall be deemed to have been
accepted by the purchaser unless agreed otherwise as specified in the purchase order.
