Fund Outlook

Fears of a recession have gripped the global community as inflation soared and central banks looked at hiking interest
rates to rein the price rise. Crude and commodity prices have crashed in view of slack demand.
India’s economy remains stable and better placed to insulate itself from economic volatility globally given sufficient FX
reserves, higher tax collection and strong DII flows have been able to withstand FII outflows.
With economic activity is gaining momentum which is evident from pick up in pace of high frequency indicators we
believe the recovery in capital market will be swift as geopolitical situation normalize.
Therefore, a hybrid fund will deliver better risk adjusted returns in such market scenario.
Consequently, we have OW stance on Industrials, BFSI and Healthcare while being UW in consumer and Metals & Mining
sector.
We will continue to participate in special situations trade like open offers, delisting, rights, with better risk reward that
would add alpha to overall returns. We remain conservative on debt portfolio.
