Variety Bangus is design to develop, and manufacture healthy, high-class, unique,
eco-friendly food products and non-food products that will be continuously
supporting those ideas that have yet to be discovered.

To be the world leader in quality products made out of quality milkfish trough
helping people around the world eat and live better

C. OBJECTIVES
For our products to surpass customer’s needs and wants to be able to:
 To develop a strong presence in the community to achieve business goals
 To earn profit and achieve the return on investments upon a shorter time
 To provide employment upon our vicinity

D. SUMMARY OF THE PROJECT STUDY

Bangus as the no. 1 source of income of most fishermen in Brgy.


Aguisan and mainly those who owned fishpond. Individuals of the community
must have to find more ways in using bangus in our daily lives. People can
make several dishes in just one kind of fish people me, as a business minded
person are very creative in turning ordinary things to extraordinary.

These business will be manufactured of food and non-food products


with the use of bangus as the the main ingredient and will be sold in retail in a
cash basis.

The whole business is divided into four departments who will take part
in the business’ operation and improvement.

Introduction
In this study on Variety Bangus , the proposed bangus business. My business was
product focused, benefit focused about health and customer focused, determines what its
potential customer’s desire and builds the product and services.
Marketing theory and practice is justified on the beliefs that customers use products
and services because they have needs and wants it has perceived benefits. This marketing
plan plays a vital role not only in attaining the objectives of our company, but also I the
profitability of the customers.

The proposed Bangus business is located at Himamaylan New Market.
Accessibility of the place is a must for having such business.

b. MARKET AREA
- Brgy. Nabalian is located at himamaylan city where fishing is one of the
main source of their income. In my brgy. Most people living in here has a
fishpond were they grow milkfish and tilapia.
The market area of the proposed Bangus Business will be at Himamaylan city
new market, its landscape is characterized by fish ponds which serves as we
need for aquaculture.

PROMOTIONAL MEASURES
- The proponent will be used advertisements through flyers, tarpaulin,
Internet or the social media sites.

- Flyer is an old strategy, but still it will be useful. It will maintain information
about Bangus Authentic, the products and prices.

- Emphasizes the name of the business.

- Is a powerful vehicle in business. Traditionally, WOM spreading a positive
information to promote your business so that, they will catch the attention
of the customers.

- The Internet is a global network of networks linking millions of users and
has the advantage of Interactivity which means that the advertising
message recipient can respond immediately. The internet can be two-way
communication tool they can get more information targeted to their
needs, immediately. The Variety Bangus has a Facebook page, where can
use as a communication to the customers. Where we or they can reach us
or contact us.
