 Tell me about yourself

- Hello, thanks for inviting me to the interview, I´m pleased to meet you.

My name is julian figgini, I am 24 years old, I am from Fortin Tiburcio and I am

currently studying administration in Junin, province of Buenos Aires. Graduated

from agricultural school and received a technician in agricultural production with

orientation in agri-food.

 What experience do you have in this field?

-I belive my previous studies and skills will help me in this position.

 What are your main strengths and weaknesses?

- I am a goal-oriented worker; I enjoy working by setting specific goal for myself and

accomplishing them, it motivates me to work hard.

- I can also be a little impatient with people who don't follow through on their

commitments, although I'm learning that I get better results by being discreet and

persistent in asking questions, rather than demanding.

 What do you think about teamwork?

- I consider myself to be a team-player. I like to work with other people and I find

that it´s much easier to achieve something when everyone works together and

communicates well

 Why do you wants this job in particular?

- I have archived my goals so far with my training, education and work experience

and now I am looking for ways to improve myself and grow.

 Where do you see yourself in 5 yards?

- My purpose is to obtain a role that requires more responsibility, so I would love to

develop my professional career working in this company.

 What is your salary expectation?

- I want to talk about compensation, but I would really like to focus first on making

sure that I am a good fit for the company and that we can add value to each other.

-yes, what are the typical working hours?

I working hours are 8 am to 4 pm the monday through friday and satudardays every fornight
-how many people work in this office?

 the company has 15 employees distributed in the different sector,we have 6 employees in
the sales sector, 4 in production, 3 in marketing and 2 in distribution

- What work environment does the company have?

The company has a very good environment, where we first seek the comfort of our
employees in order to obtain a greater benefit when carrying out their work
