1 .What are the significant insights I learned from the VMGO of the graduate school?

The significant insights that I have learned during the lecture of VGMO of the graduate
school is that, the graduate school of RMMC aims to have quality education and a high caliber
product that could manage in every institution in a very effective and efficient way. And also
they have made a very good institution that could help in every professional who wanted to
become fruitful and effective to their different station.

The VGMO also in graduate school of RMMC aims to have a kind of product that will
make the institution well-known and not only in our local area but international. Furthermore,
we all know that the community and stakeholders plays a big role in making the VGMO in
graduate school of RMMC successful and effective, for the reason that the institution
collaborate with, for the benefit of everybody not only in the school but for the whole part of this
institution.

2. In what way can I make the VMGO of the graduate school be realized?

The VGMO of graduate school be realized in a way of giving emphasis to the things that
we have learned, to apply it in different situation like attending some seminars and workshop
as a speaker that will help the young leaders to grow professionally and academically in their
own way. By abiding, teaching and applying what we have learned in graduate school, it is the
best part of realizing the VGMO of the graduate school because it will serve as a treasure to us
that no can steal it. In addition, by applying also to what we have learned in graduate school
we can make things that other cannot, we can do things that will help us build our confidence
and control our ego.

3. How can I apply the VMGO to my profession? Colleagues, learners and society itself?

I can apply the VGMO to my profession by using and sharing every strategy, techniques
and pedagogy that I have learned. Every one of us have different potentials, skills and ability, I
can apply VGMO to my profession by sharing to my colleagues what I have gain, what I have
learned and most of all my experience so that they will get inspire and attend graduate school
for their professional growth and in order for them to share to their colleagues, learners and to
the community what they have learned and practice.

Furthermore, without the learners everything that a teacher’s have is nothing, that is the
reason why every little thing that we learned should be applied to the learners in order for them
to grow competitively not only in academic excellence but also to the profession that they have
