Wild Side Gift Shop upon arrival.
Please remember:
*Tickets are non-refundable.
*The zoo is an outdoor facility open rain or shine. Please come prepared for all
types of weather. Tickets will not be refunded for inclement weather.
*Face coverings are not required in any area at Cosley Zoo.
*Cosley Zoo Members must present a valid membership card and photo ID along
with their ticket confirmation at check-in.
*Wheaton Park District residents must present a valid Wheaton Park District
Resident ID at check-in.
*If required IDs are not presented, the ticket buyer agrees to pay the regular
admission rate prior to entry.
We understand things come up. If you are unable to make your reserved date and
/or time, you are welcome to transfer your tickets to a different date/time, as long
as you complete your transfer before your original check-in time.
To transfer your tickets, log into your Eventbrite account and select “Tickets”.
Select your order and click “transfer” to see your options. Follow the prompts to
complete the transfer. This will be repeated for each ticket needing to be
transferred.
If you did not create an Eventbrite account when reserving your tickets, there is
also an option to transfer your tickets using a link that is in your e-mail
confirmation. Under “Order Summary”, click on “View and manage your order
online”, then click on “Transfer”. Choose “Change event” and then the date and
time you would like to transfer to.
