Gravitas investments Limited was incorporated in Nigeria in 1999. The company is focused on investing in prime real estate. In order to reclaim a portion of the Lagos Lagoon with the intention of building a new urban neighborhood, the company is partnering with the state and federal governments. 4TH SLIDE: (LANDMARKS AND LOCATION) Gracefield island is 2.3 kilometres into the lagoon from the shoreline of Chevron, Lekki-Epe expressway. Its landmarks are Northern foreshore, Prince Ebeano supermarket and chevron. The island's current size is approximately 65 hectares and it has the potential to grow within its designated zone under the Lekki Blueprint of the Lagos State Government.
