Order:-

Smt.P.Nagarani, the then CDPO, ICDS Project, Seethampeta and presently

working as CDPO, ICDS Project, Itchapuram(Rural) was kept under suspension
from service due to negligence and dereliction of her official duties under the
provisions of Sub-Rule(l) of Rule of 8 APCS(CCA) Rules, 1991 vide reference 2nd
read above.

In the reference 3 td read above, in exercise of the powers conferred by Sub-

rule (5) of Rule 8 of A.P.CivilServices (CCA) Rules, i991, the suspension orders of
Smt. P.Nagarani, the then Child Development Project Officer, ICDS Project,
Seethmpeta were revoked and she was reinstated as CDPO, ICDS Project,
