A child believes that decency

and humility is ugly when it is used

as defense or to fight back. They
believe that these people were
taught weakness and avoiding
confrontation as a weapon. They
believe that just because this
weakness worked on their mother
doesn't mean it will work on them.
They think these people are shy
and it is a bad thing. The
overarching idea is that the main
character doesn't like weak people.
 The boys mother died
and his father made his
son sweep chimneys to
make money. A boy
named tom was upset
when his hair was shaved
but the boy reassured him
that it would be okay.
Tom was then quiet. All of
the sweeper boys were
locked up and hidden
from the outside world.
then an angel came and
saved them. The boys ran
around laughing as they
were free. Then Tom
awoke, and so did
everyone else. They all
had to do their duty. Tom
was happy in the end
though. The poems
overarching impact is to
have a good attitude.
