1-Thirsty Crow
Once there was a crow. He was very thirsty. He found no water. At last he went into a
garden. He saw a pot but little water in it. He thought a plan. He put some stones into
it. The water rose up he drank water and flew away.
Moral: (1)He who seeks finds.
(2) “Where there is a will, there is a way.”
Once there was a dog. He was very greedy. He stole a piece of meat from a butcher’s
shop. He ran away from there. He reached at the bridge of a stream. He saw his own
reflection in the water. He thought it another dog with a piece of meat. He wanted to
snatch his piece too. He opened his mouth and lost his own piece of meat.
Moral: (1)“Greed is a curse.” (2) “Don’t be greedy”
There was a hungry fox. He went here and there in search of food. At last he went into
a garden. He saw ripe grapes there. His mouth full of watered. He wanted to eat them
but the grapes were very high. He jumped again and again but all in vain. At last he
went away saying “The grapes are sour ”
Moral: “The grapes are sour”
Once there was a farmer. He had three sons. They always fought with one another.
One day farmer brought a bundle of sticks. He said them to break it. They tried but
they failed. The farmer untied the bundle. He said them to break the stick one by one.
They broke them easily. The farmer said, if you united like the bundle then nobody
harm you.
