CONCEPT NOTE
Our idea is to approach big industries and purchase their waste
trims and fabric / dead stock and segregate threads and other
trims will put them on our website so that small industries like
where no need of same thread and trims as fabric etc. like
garments for local manufacturers and some kind of bag
industry . and so on can buy them for far cheaper price than
market rate. so we will take some margin approx 25% still that
will be cheaper for small industries. this way we can make
profit out of waste/dead stock at a very small investment .this
also make our business sustainable.

IDEA GENERATION
more than 1 million tonnes of textile are thrown away every
year. textile waste is also the third largest source of municipal
solid waste in india . and also trims like thread buttons, zipper
etc. are also a huge waste by garment industry .
so we thought why not make profit from dead stock of
manufacturer. where we can make profit to big industries , small
industries and us too.
LOCATION
NCR- Gurgaon (Mohammadpur)

so in a initial stage we will setup a small unit in Mohammadpur


(NCR-GURGAON) there we can repack the raw material which
we will purchase from big industries and we sell it to domestic
manufacturers.
so,the purpose of setup a unit in NCR-GURGAON so that we can
cover the whole area delhi-ncr,punjab because there are lot of
industries of both type whom we wont to deal with it so that will
easy to supply the materials and when we grow we will setup
some more units like in Bangalore which will cover south and for
north gurgaon, jaipur which will cover the whole east.
BUSINESS-PARTNERS
In our business plan there are only two person who will
handle everything because it is a startup so we don’t have
that much fund to hire more people.
I ,Shreya soni will handle marketing and merchandising part
where i will bring our buyer and seller will cordinate with
them.
And Ashish kumar will handle all the operations and supply
like make sure the material reach in our unit than
segregation of our trims and fabric and repackaging it for
our buyer
LOGISTICS
we will manage transport by contract based.

FINANCE
cost plan will be :-
1st will be our personal investment to set up a small unit.
where land we will take on rent .
2nd one we have to hire some workers like 2 workers for
segregation , 2 workers for repackaging , 2 helpers for take in
out the material from wheelers and 1 for cleaning and other
things.
our cost will be like at initial stage -
unit investment + salary of workers +logistics (based on orders
and dealers) + maintenance + our salary
MARKETING PLAN

Target customers (BUYER) -

our target audience will be domestic local garment and bag


industries who needs cheap fabric and other materials but
market rate is high for them . so we will provide raw materials to
them on cheap price than market .

Target industry (SELLER) -

our target industry will be big garment industries because they

have a lot dead stock of raw materials . after completing every

order there remains 30 -40% raw material. they keep it in

warehouse for 3 months that may be similar order come so they

can use it but only 5-10% they use rest they put in dead stock for

years that will increase their inventory cost too .


so we will approach them and buy that dead stock before going in

red tag area . so it’s a way where we both will make profit out of

it.

PERSONAL VISIT :-
At a initial stage we have to do personal visits for long time for
deals and promote our company to big industries and also small
industries too. to stable our position in market.

ONLINE PROMOTION :-

website
after stable our company we will make a website where buyers and
seller both can approach us and we can cordinate with them online .
in our website we will put product sample with our price range
where they can order.

social media
also we will promote our company in
instagram , facebook , twitter, linkdin
etc.
our company is not like that which
needs social media platforms like this .
we need to go personally for deals and
orders.
