1.0 General plans.
 This drawing has been provided for information only, and to indicate the overall arrangement and specific square meter areas/rooms composing the project. The Contractor shall not reduce the
size, components and functions of the Buildings, nor the stations, while any additions deemed necessary form part of his Scope and included in his Lump Sum
Moreover, This drawing cannot be assumed to be in conformity with all statutory regulations, construction regulations and building codes, noting that it is the Contractor’s responsibility to develop
the design to meet the requirements stipulated in the Contract documents and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
 2.0 General sections and elevations.
 “This drawing has been provided for information only, and to indicate the overall arrangement and specific clear heights required for the project. Clear heights must be respected within a
tolerance of +- 5cm. This drawing cannot be assumed to be in conformity with all statutory regulations, construction regulations and building codes, noting that it is the Contractor’s responsibility
to develop the design to meet the requirements stipulated in the Contract documents and in compliance with all applicable codes and regulations.
 3.0 Detail sections and facade details, interior design details etc.
 “This drawing has been provided to indicate the design intent and visual aspect required only. The detail has been provided for information only, and cannot be considered as a construction or
fabrication drawing which will be the contractors responsibility. The Contractor shall be responsible for the conformance of the detailing and indicated materials with all applicable codes and
regulations.
 4.0 Structure and MEP drawings.
 “This drawing has been provided for information only. The dimensions of all elements are indicative. The re-dimensioning of any technical element, proposed by the Contractor, must allow the
construction to respect the overall dimensions (free / clear heights and areas) indicated on the architectural drawings. The Contractor shall be responsible for the conformance with all applicable
codes and regulations.
