Furnish & Install -all necessary components for a complete design build of new metal pan stair
structure at Stair #1. Includes cane detect rail, closure plates and picket
guardrails with flat bar handrails to receive wood.
-miscellaneous steel framing and decking as shown on structural plans at slab
penetrations and infills
-approx. 90 LF of HD Galv/ powdercoat guardrails with 1/8” s.s. cable infills at
(2) terraces with specified Wagner fittings
-approx. 7 LF of colonnade walkway guardrail with HD Galv and powdercoat
-flat bar wall mounted handrails to receive wood at Stair #2
-flat bar wall mounted handrails to receive wood at two stairs in Hallway #012
-(1) metal swing gate at Stair #2
-(1) HD Galv fixed steel attic access ladder at top of Stair #2
-two-line pipe rail at Mechanical Room # 010
-bracing for toilet partition supports

Qualifications -open shop fabrication and installation

-open and clear access to perform work
-material to receive one coat of std shop primer UON
-includes comprehensive engineer design of railings, stair structure, & ladder
-wood blocking for railing and ladder attachment by other
-receipt and acknowledgment of addenda # 1-4
-includes shoring as required to perform work

Exclusions -demo, grout, abatement, or finish paint
