MENTIONED PROPERTY UNDER THE TERMS OF CONDITIONS HEREIN BELOW SET FORTH;

ALL PENDING UTILITY BILLS CONSIDERED TO DISSCUSS BETWEEN THE SELLER AND THE BUYER
