ANTHE not appeared Calling Script

Nature of Call: Outbound

Purpose: This script should be adhered to reschedule the test if a student has missed to appear the
ANTHE exam on the examination date. This calling should be done on Day+1 of the exam date (For
example, if a student is scheduled for an exam on 5th Nov, the calling should be done on 6th Nov to those
students, who did not appear the exam)

Call Opening Good morning/Afternoon/Evening. My name is Rohit. I am calling you from

Aakash Byjus. Am I speaking to Aman < check the name and address the student
by their name>?

Reason of call &  Dear Aman, I can see that you have registered for ANTHE scholarship
Instil confidence examination and you were supposed to appear the exam on 5th Nov < check the

Thanks for the response. I can understand that due to some unforeseen
situations the scholarship examination could have been missed. I can reschedule
the examination date as per your convenience. You will get more time to
prepare for the examination and stand a chance to secure a good scholarship.
Please go through the mock tests provided by Aakash Byjus’ to enhance your
chances to secure a better rank in ANTHE
May I know a date on which you are comfortable in appearing the test? We are
conducting the test till 13th Nov and we can reschedule it to any date as per your
choice in online mode.

Thanks Aman, I have made necessary changes and the exam window will remain
open till the (Chosen date). You can appear any day till (chosen date) and write
the test in online mode. You can choose any 1 hr. slot between 10am to 7pm
and appear in the test.

If student denies appearing in test: Dear Aman, Aakash Institute is building

Dear Student,
Thank you for your request. We can change the examination date to any date of
your request; however, I request you to go for online mode as it is more
convenient. You can appear for any date till 13th Nov and choose any 1 hr. slot
between 10am to 7 pm. You can appear in the exam from the comfort of your
home.

Dear Student, I understand your concern. I would request you to please call or
visit the nearest branch and place a request there. The branch counselor will
update your request accordingly

Please note –
If a student who is registered in offline mode misses the Exam, auto-scheduler will change the exam
mode to online and auto-schedule it for the next day and keep rescheduling it till the student appears for
the test or the last day, which-ever is earlier. However, if a student requests to appear for offline mode
only then SV/Call Center will route the student to the nearest branch to confirm. Branch should be able
to update the mode and date from SF provided the student has not appeared for the Exam and Center
has the vacant capacity.
