The document summarizes an entrepreneur's journal entry for week 7. They practiced three entrepreneurial habits: putting first things first, thinking win-win, and using fears and anxieties as fuel. The biggest challenge was turning fear into excitement to learn. One thing learned from challenges is the need to prepare for self-improvement. The habits planned for next week are synergizing and sharpening the saw.

JOURNAL – WEEK 7 Top Three (3) Entrepreneurial habits I practiced this week
Using fears and
Put first thing first Think win-win anxieties as fuel
One (1) major challenge I encountered while practicing the habits.
The challenges that I encounter while practicing these habits is that a lot of adjustment because as a person I never try to use my fears and anxiety as fuel and it’s the biggest challenges because I need to turn my fear into excitement to learn and explore things. You should also consider the plans you have to put first your priorities to achieve your goal or plan. Think win-win is not easy also I need to identify and understand the benefits of both company or people that managing the company or using the product in our company example situation is in our company we offer a coconut solar lamp and this product is helping society and environment to reduce electricity consumption our company also is gaining a profit that’s a think win-win its really challenging but I try my best to achieve this or practice this habits as an entrepreneur or person.
One (1) thing I’ve learned from my challenges.
One thing I learn from my challenges is that I need to prepare myself for my improvement and practicing those habits is helping me to become more business minded that can help me in future if I’m going to build a business. And I should be open minded to accept mistakes and misfortune in life because not all the time you are the best and know all the things accept it to learn and gain knowledge to become success. All of challenges helps me to become strong, know the things that I don’t know and opportunity to know more myself of what I can do .
