• Fuse check method

1. Cautions
(1) Turn off the Main Power prior to maintenance.

2. Maintenance method

1 Check fuse error LED on the pcb when rectifier Normal : LED ON LED STATE On/Off
power on Abnormal : LED OFF Module NO.1
(First, make sure that the CN650 connector is well Module NO.2
connected on the pcb) Module NO.3

2 Check the 2-wire signal line of CN650

connector using a tester.

Normal : CLOSE
Abnormal : OPEN

 3 Power off rectifier(rectifier off, circuit-breaker off) * Refer to module removal manual
pull-out the module
(Back side : remove bolts inside the hood)

Micro switch check(FUSE signal check)

Check fuse switch switch Open/Close

Normal : CLOSE Switch 1
Abnormal : OPEN Switch 2
Switch 3

Fuse status check Fuse state Open/Close

Normal : CLOSE Fuse 1
Abnormal : OPEN Fuse 2
Fuse 3
