Industry Profile

AI applications have significantly improved over the past few years, and they are currently
used in almost every industry. Artificial intelligence, which is the ability for a system or program
to analyze and amass information from experience and can be programmed to have actions or
thoughts similar to those performed by humans, such as planning, problem-solving, and learning,
falls under the Marketing Industry. It has been observed that AI bots assist businesses in growing,
providing clients with high-quality services, minimizing employees' workloads, detect marketing
errors and enhance digital marketing.

Since AI bots can be programmed and used to enhance marketing functions including
analyzing consumer demands, linking consumers to products and services, and persuading
customers to make purchases, AI applications fall within the marketing industry. Many
companies want to advertise their business where a large audience may view their products or
services in order to gain clients and generate revenue that will enable them to achieve their ROI
(Return on Investment). Nowadays, advertising online is significant since social media has
become more prominent since the pandemic. Internet applications are one of the most successful
and effective ways to identify errors in digital marketing and to promote a business' goods or
services since people tend look for all their needs or wants on social media. Businesses are
therefore seeking for methods of digital product promotion. Artificial intelligence (AI) bots make
it more convenient and efficient to promote products or services online, and business owners
may use AI bots as it can be programmed to advertise their businesses in a way where
entrepreneurs consider it acceptable for their company. Furthermore, even when employees are
away from their keyboards, AI bots can still allow organizations to communicate with clients in
real time.
