2 Video Interview
The Interview of the student will be done via Zoom or
Google Meet. The interview link will be sent to the
respected consultancy and counsellors.
3 Conditional Admission Confirmation Letter
After successful completion of Interview, the student will
be sent a Conditional Admission Confirmation Letter (ACL).
4 Apply for NOC From Home Country
Student will need to apply for NOC from their home
country government if needed. If not, then kindly ignore
this step.
5 Student Visa Fee Payment
Upon having received the Conditional Confirmation Letter,
the student will have to remit Student Visa application
charges of the process normally takes up to 3 weeks;
hence, the students are advised to remit the visa charges
as early as possible.
6 Entry Permit
Normally within 3 weeks of having applied for the student
visa, the immigration will issue a Student Residence Visa
Entry using which the student can travel to UAE.
Preview copy of the Entry Permit will be shared with the
student, which serves as a confirmation of the student visa.
Student will have to remit the Tuition Fee or the
installment due as per the Admission Confirmation Letter
within 2 weeks of having received the preview copy of the
Entry Permit.
7 Pay Tuition Fees

Student needs to pay the tuition fees before landing in UAE, which is $4,500.
After having entered the UAE, the student will need to complete the Emirates ID and visa
stamping process which can take up to 60 days.

8 Book your student accommodation

Britts Imperial University College has an exclusive tie up with 3rd party luxury student
accommodation. Pre-book by paying only $400 for a month.
Hostel charges of $400 for a month includes the following:

1 Entry Permit
Upon receiving the Entry Permit after payment of Tuition fee
or the installment as per the admission confirmation letter, students can
travel to the UAE. Having entered the UAE, they will have to share the
stamped copy of their Entry Permit with Administrative Department of
the college to complete the visa process.
2 Medical Test & Biometrics
As a part of visa process students will be taken for their medical
test and biometrics for the Emirates ID card (National ID). The immigration
will take the original passport from the student for stamping the visa.
Two main reasons for Visa Rejections:
1. Medical: If the student has HIV or has Tuberculous.
2. Bad Immigration Record: If the student has a past criminal history or
have overstayed in UAE in previous visits or any other GCC country then the
student will be black listed.
For above mentioned reasons there is No Visa Refund.
3 Visa and Emirates ID
Within 60 days of entering the UAE, students will receive their
passport with stamped Visa and Emirates ID card (National ID).

4 Interview for Part-time Internship

Britts Imperial University College has a dedicated placement cell, working towards providing
Practical Training and Internship to al the students in various field along with their Education. All
students are given the opportunity and are called for various interviews for short-term and long-
term internships. After the interview, the organization will select the students based on their need
and requirements.

Student visa fee is inclusive of Medical Insurance, along with passport and
Emirates ID students will also receive their Medical Insurance card. The insurance covers all the

8 Application of Work Permit by the
hiring organization
The organization applies for a work permit for the student with a copy
signed Offer Letter, Passport with stamped Visa page and Emirates ID
along with the NOC provided by the College. An official legal contract by
the Ministry of Human Resource and Emiratization is signed between the
student and the organization.
9 Work Permit
The work permit is issued by the Ministry of Human Resources
and Emiratization, and the student can legally work part-time. It
usually takes 1 week to issue a work permit once the student has
received his emirates ID and Passport with stamped visa.

Students can book accommodation of their choice from the following

LUXURY 3rd PARTY STUDENT HOSTELS:

Dubai Silicon Oasis Authority: $400 for the first month (Subsidised rate for
first month then $520 or Rack rate upon renewal)

Shared Accommodation : $150 - $400/month (Students can also opt to

stay in the city by renting a place by themselves, which is not a Britts
Imperial University College Hostel)

AED 500 security deposit to be paid at the accommodation facility

(amount is refundable once you checkout)

Britts Imperial University College subsidises the initial stay of students by

upto 50% to make settling in UAE easy and affordable. Students are free
to renew at the published rates of accommodation providers or arrange
their shared accommodation in the city themselves.

Subsidised accommodations are limited in number and allocated on first

come first serve basis, hence we cannot assure it for all our students. So
we urge you to book yours, by paying the accommodation fees as soon as
possible upon admission confirmation.
