I acknowledge by my signature that I have been acquainted with the Company Handbook, Policies
and Procedures set by Alorica Teleservices, Inc/Alorica Clark Philippines Inc/Alorica Asia (ROHQ),
Ltd./Alorica Philippines, Inc. including the Attendance Policy, through the New Employee
Orientation (NEO) on the date fixed below.
I agree that it is my responsibility to abide by the policies and procedures discussed in NEO and all
policies and procedures issued by Alorica Teleservices, Inc/Alorica Clark Philippines Inc/Alorica
Asia (ROHQ), Ltd./Alorica Philippines, Inc. during the course of my employment with the
company.
I understand and acknowledge that going through New Employee Orientation does not guarantee
employment for any specific duration.
This sign-off sheet will be forwarded to the Human Resources Group for documentation and filing
purposes.
The nature of our business requires a number of our employees to report for work during Regular Philippine holidays. However, the
company recognizes the need of our employees to spend time with their families during the said holidays.
You will have the opportunity to take U.S. selected Holidays as a substitute for specified regular Philippine Holidays. This means that
you need not report for work on the U.S. Holiday (provided that you are not included in the work schedule for that day), but still get
paid for that day, subject to the rules on holiday pay under existing company policies and Philippine law, On the other hand, if you
are scheduled and required to report to work on the U.S. Holiday, you will be paid the corresponding holiday premium, subject to
the rules on holiday pay under company policies and Philippine law.

I have been informed of the above Philippine Holiday Substitution Memo. I acknowledge that I have read and fully understood the
contents of the same and voluntarily agree to the schedule.
In line with our continuous effort to provide all our agents with more convenient and cost efficient means of notifying
management for their attendance occurrences, please be advised that effective December 17, 2019, all Alorica agents who
are unable to report for work or arrive at their scheduled work time may choose one of the following options in notifying
management for their attendance occurrence at least 1 (One) Hour prior to their start time.
1. Text Connect
Agents send an SMS to 2-256-6777 (for all networks, must have at least P1.00 available load).
2. Attendance Hotline
Agents call below hotline numbers (standard charges may apply for long-distance and mobile network calls)

Specific details on how to notify via Text Connect and the Attendance Hotline are at the back of this page. For quick reference,
Wallet Cards would also be distributed to everyone. Please be advised that lost Wallet Cards would have a corresponding
replacement cost.
Non-compliance to this memorandum and its allied policies and procedures may result to disciplinary action.

Agents may also leave a voicemail with below information (option to do so is offered every 30 seconds while waiting on queue).
By signing this acknowledgment form, the employee agrees to comply with all TCPA
requirements in regards to revocation of consent and correctly updating phone number(s)
when requested by a consumer. The employee also acknowledges that if they are unclear if
a number should be blocked, or unsure of which number to block, they will consult with
their manager to determine the best course of action to take. The employee also
acknowledges that failure to process a Do Not Call request or a request to remove a number
correctly could lead to further disciplinary actions, up to and including termination of
employment with the Company.
