Rules and regulations for Teachers

1. Every class teacher will reach their respective classes by 7:55 AM and will remain there
until zero period gets over, while non-class teachers will be present at their allotted duty
positions.
2. Attendance has to be updated in sha app regularly earliest by first period.
3. Teachers should reach to their allotted lectures as soon as possible without making any
unnecessary delay.
4. Use of 'English' as interactive language is compulsory (for English medium and ICSE/ISC),
Hindi and Sanskrit teachers are exempted.
5. Teacher of fourth lecture will remail inside the class during lunch and should not loiter
around.
6. No teacher should be interacting to students for any other reason apart from studies during
class.
7. Teachers should not allow any student to leave the class without exit card.
8. Teachers should not allow students to gather around them.
9. Every teacher of last lecture will accompany their class till main gate as school gets over.
10. Work which will be assigned to the teacher must be done with honesty and dedication.
11. Teachers will sit only at their assigned places during their free period –
Junior Department ------ Basement -1
General Department ------- Basement -2
English Department ------- Basement -3
Computer Department ----- Computer Lab
Biology Department ------- Biology Lab
Physics Department -------- Physics Lab
Chemistry Department ------ Chemistry Lab
Maths Department ------- 4th Floor
12. Teachers are not allowed to do correction, prepare question papers or result, use mobile
phone, read novels or magazines etc. inside the class during lectures.
13. Teachers have to do all these duties properly otherwise school will charge penalty for these
mistakes -
First mistake – Deduction of two days salary
Second mistake – Deduction of three days salary
Third mistake – Deduction of four days salary
Fourth mistake – Termination
14. No excuses will be entertained from the teachers.
15. Complete the syllabus in allotted time.
