Profiles Ability Profiler is a series of separately timed assessments that intends to gather information concerning the
strengths of an individual. It focuses on measuring abilities deemed necessary in accomplishing specific tasks. This
report is separated into several parts: Score Summary, Score Interpretation, Coaching Tips, Mode of Response, and
Overall Ranking.

In this section, scores per dimension are highligted plus narratives that goes hand-in-hand with coaching tips for
managers.
Numerical Reasoning
The ability to analyze problems that are mathematical in nature by utilizing math principles in order
to come up with logical inferences and arrive at data-driven solutions.
• Capable of gathering appropriate data to solve basic numerical problems and needs minimal
guidance in arriving at the solution.
• Exhibits basic understanding of numerical concepts and its appropriate application.
• Encourage to work on basic numerical tasks independently. Observe performance once in a while
to ensure accuracy and attainment of desired output.
• Give assurance that seeking help on tasks dealing with numerical application or reasoning is fine.
• Monitor and give feedback on accomplished numerical problems for further improvement.
Verbal Ability
The ability to use words in its appropriate context by having knowledge and comprehension of its
meaning.
• Advise to take notes during discussion to ensure full comprehension. This will allow him to
remember important points or tasks that needs to be accomplished.
• Allow to observe during team discussions. Exposure to different communication exchanges
provides opportunities of expanding one's business language vocabulary.

Spatial Reasoning
The ability to understand, analyze, and develop mental imagery of how objects will appear when
parts of figures are rotated, folded, and assembled.
• Capable of illustrating a mental image of how basic data sets come together with minimal guidance
needed.
• Shows capability in recognizing relationships between objects and form straight forward
conclusions with minimal assistance.
• Enhance ability by allowing one to develop a systematic approach in dealing with multiple data. In
this way, one easily learn and remember its application based on the mental map that was created.
• When working with a team, give opportunities to work on identification of patterns and trends of
data to exercise skills in creating sound inferences.
Numerical Ability
Measures a person's ability on working with calculation. It assesses performing numerical operations
such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, or division quickly and correctly.
• Develop abilities by gradually assigning him to tasks that requires identification of discrepancies
and investigating possible errors in computation. This will put into practice his different approaches
in dealing with numbers.
• Assist as needed specially when dealing with complex computations.

Clerical Perception
Measures a person's ability to quickly recognize similarities and differences in written material.
• Often omits errors and discrepancies when reviewing the preciseness and accuracy of information
written in a material in limited time constraints.
• Shows difficulty in comparing written materials and spotting differences.
• Provide an ample time in doing clerical tasks so he can be comfortable working with complex details.
• Assign someone as a partner to validate records that has been worked on.
• Provide opportunities to work on simple routinary detail-oriented tasks such as keeping track of
appointments and creating a weekly or daily to-do lists.
Form Perception
Measures a person's ability to quickly and accurately see details in objects, pictures, or drawings. It
involves noticing little differences in shapes, lengths and widths of lines.
• Requires close guidance and ample time to execute thorough review of details of simple printed
images.
• Can spot evident similarities and differences in simple images provided with occasional guidance.
• Offer constant support to correctly review and identify connections of details on the figures
provided.
• Incorporate image-related tasks gradually. Avoid overloading and start with few simple tasks first
before progressing to more complex assignments.

Percentile Rank is the positional value of the candidate's score as compared against the Norming Population. Scores are
normally distributed. It is perhaps best understood by an example. You are said to be at the 37th percentile if your score
(or results) are better than 37 percent of the population against which you are being compared. Essentially, Percentile
Rank gives the overall raw score its meaning.
