To 9th Grade Parents & Guardians,

This letter is to inform you that your child has received a failing grade for third quarter and
may be in danger of not being promoted to the 10th grade for the 2021 - 2022 school year.
We are urging you to sign up and attend a virtual conference to discuss your child’s options to
successfully meet their promotional requirements. Conferences will be held virtually for the safety of
our students, families, and staff.

Please sign up to schedule your virtual conference with your child’s Professional School Counselor.
After you have signed up for a conference, your child’s PSC will send you the link for your
conference. Conference dates are May 4, 2021 - May 28, 2021.

3. Summer School is FREE this summer: Summer School Registration is from May 4th to
June 4th. Summer school is virtual from July 6th to July 30th Monday through Friday.
Students are able to register for a maximum of two classes (one day session and one evening
session). Please schedule an appointment as soon as possible so we can discuss your child’s
options.
