Dear Dr. Lee,

Grace and peace to you in the name of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ!

This coming November 12, we as a district will be celebrating God’s bountiful blessings
through a Festival of faith after 2 years of not having it. This year’s celebrations is
anchored to a theme, “Alay na Pagsamba sa Diyos na Mapagpala” and we are
praying for 500-700 members from all over the district to attend this celebration.

With this regard, we would like to ask permission to allow us to use the Parking space of
the seminary as holding area in preparation for the motorcade to the Provincial Folk Arts
Theater where a worship of celebration of word and Table will take place then followed
by an agape lunch, and fellowship in the afternoon.
