Although Windstar Cruises will make every reasonable effort to provide you with the voyage described here, situations may occur which require that a
change be made. By way of example only, we may adjust itineraries and schedules, ship positioning, delay arrivals or departures or cancel a cruise due to
casualty, weather, labor issues, the need to render assistance to another vessel, governmental or insurer directives, passenger or employee injury or
illness, schedule delays or changes by third parties, repair and maintenance requirements, fuel or other shortages or damage to the Ship or other means of
transport (i.e. roads, tracks,bridges, docks, equiment or machinery.) Consequently, we cannot guarantee the itinerary of the cruise, including the time of
sailing or arrival at any port, or that all the ports will, in fact, be called upon. Anchor/Pier assignment is subject to change due to port authority request,
changing weather conditions, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. The Watersports Platform is not guaranteed to be open due to port authority
request, changing weather conditions, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. All terms and conditions stated on the Windstar website apply. All cruises
are provided subject to the terms of the Windstar passage contract.
COVID-19 Requirements
Until further notice, Windstar Cruises will require proof of a current COVID-19 vaccination for all guests sailing aboard Windstar ’s yachts. At the
cruise terminal prior to embarkation, guests will be required to provide proof of a completed current vaccine course (one or two shots, depending on
the brand) finished at least 14 days prior to the guest’s embarkation date. Proof includes the original vaccination record document issued by either
(1) the country’s health authority that administered the vaccination (i.e. U.S. CDC’s Vaccination Record Card) or (2) the guest’s medical provider that
