change be made. By way of example only, we may adjust itineraries and schedules, ship positioning, delay arrivals or departures or cancel a cruise due to
casualty, weather, labor issues, the need to render assistance to another vessel, governmental or insurer directives, passenger or employee injury or
illness, schedule delays or changes by third parties, repair and maintenance requirements, fuel or other shortages or damage to the Ship or other means of
transport (i.e. roads, tracks,bridges, docks, equiment or machinery.) Consequently, we cannot guarantee the itinerary of the cruise, including the time of
sailing or arrival at any port, or that all the ports will, in fact, be called upon. Anchor/Pier assignment is subject to change due to port authority request,
changing weather conditions, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. The Watersports Platform is not guaranteed to be open due to port authority
request, changing weather conditions, and/or other unforeseen circumstances. All terms and conditions stated on the Windstar website apply. All cruises
are provided subject to the terms of the Windstar passage contract.

COVID-19 Requirements

Until further notice, Windstar Cruises will require proof of a current COVID-19 vaccination for all guests sailing aboard Windstar ’s yachts. At the
cruise terminal prior to embarkation, guests will be required to provide proof of a completed current vaccine course (one or two shots, depending on
the brand) finished at least 14 days prior to the guest’s embarkation date. Proof includes the original vaccination record document issued by either
(1) the country’s health authority that administered the vaccination (i.e. U.S. CDC’s Vaccination Record Card) or (2) the guest’s medical provider that

COVID PROTECTION POLICY


Terms and Conditions
EFFECTIVE AS OF July 1, 2022: Travelers with a cruise
departing through December 31, 2022 who test
positive for Covid-19, or are a close contact of a
traveling companion who tests positive, within 15 days
prior to embarkation (or date of Windstar-booked pre-
cruise hotel stay or land cruise tour) may cancel and
receive a Future Cruise Credit (FCC) in the amount of
the cancellation fees collected excluding fees collected
for air,
transportation, hotels, and land cruise tours. Some
exclusions apply including Interline, Industry and Flash
rates. Other restrictions may apply. Windstar reserves
the right to require written proof of a positive test result
from a healthcare provider at its discretion.

The FCC must be used for a cruise that sails within 24


months of certificate issuance on any future Windstar
cruise. FCCs are non-transferable and have no cash
value. Windstar reserves the right to modify or
terminate this policy at any time for bookings not yet
made.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Each booking cancelled


before 120 days prior to travel will be subject to a $50
per person cancellation fee. A full refund (except for the
amounts paid for air, a Cancellation Protection Plan and
the
$50 per person fee) will be made for written
cancellations received by Windstar Cruises at least 121
days prior to the date on which you are to commence
travel by any mode of transportation booked through
Windstar Cruises (sea or land, air travel is non-
refundable once purchased). Guests who cancel after
that date for any reason, including medical or family
reasons, are subject to the following cancellation
schedule:

· 120-90 days before commencing travel - 15% of gross fare (deposit)


· 89-60 days before commencing travel - 35% of gross fare
· 59-30 days before commencing travel - 50% of gross fare
· 29-0 days before commencing travel - 100% of gross fare
