-Health is one of our essential normal daily routine which indicate to mentally and
physically well-being such as to have to maintain our body fit and having a proper
meals.

-Not having any pains in our life
-Helping life more regular and happier
-Saving money by not eating junk foods
-Feeling better mentally and physically
3. WHY IS IT IMPORTANT TO HAVE A HEALTHY LIFESTYLE? (Alvin)
- Feel better even we’re not going to overhaul our life in overnight
- Stay away from any mental illness
- Boosting our energy to have a good performance in daily life
4. WHAT ARE THE TIPS OF LIVING HEALTHY? (Alyani & Thian)
-By having walks; 500 steps a day
-Sleep on regular time
-Eat in a balance diet (consume less sugar & salt)
-Check our blood pressure regularly
-Get tested
-Keep a happy mood and have a happy expectation for life even if you don’t know
what tomorrow will be as long as you have the courage to face it.
