b. THE OBLIGATION OF THE COMPANY

Sanction and Fine Article 17 :
Paragraph 1 : The company doesn’t obey the policy as mentioned in article 16, it will

Paragraph 2 : Administrative sanction as mentioned in paragraph (1) can be :
a. Warning Letter;
b. Fine; and/or
c. The company will not get certain public services

Article 55 :
