Subject: DISTRICT ORIENTATION ON MULTI-FACTORED ASSESSMENT

TOOL (MFAT)

1. San Pablo District shall conduct a one-day Orientation on Multi-Factored

Assessment Tool (MFAT) on September 30, 2022 at exactly 8 o’ clock in the
morning at the District Conference Hall, San Pablo Central School, Poblacion,
San Pablo, Isabela.

2. This orientation aims to:

a. walkthrough the MFAT forms and acquire knowledge in the administration
of this tool;
b. experience the actual process of preparation of assessment materials
following the specifications provided;
c. simulate the test administration by demonstrating the use of materials per
assessment activity;
d. identify the different difficulties of learners with special educational needs;
and
e. display a positive attitude during the conduct of the orientation.

3. Participants to this activity are Grade 1 Teachers. They are required to bring the
following:
a. Laptop with Editing App and extension wire
b. Handbook of MFAT Administration

4. Traveling expenses and Snack/Meal allowance shall be charged against local

funds subject to the usual accounting and auditing rules.
